Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The covered parking area on the ground level provides shaded space for unloading the car and the under-house outside shower, in the same area, is perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach and makes coming and going a breeze. Spend some time in the sun around the pool area or take a soothing soak in the hot tub. The beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk and through the dunes, to a sand path leading you straight to the water.
Off the carport area are steps up to the entrance into the house. From the inside foyer, take the stairs down to the first level of the house where all comfortable bedrooms await. At one end of the hall is a king en suite and a queen en suite. At the opposite end of the hall is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set and a single bed that share a full bathroom off the hall. The pyramid bunk/single bedroom also opens to the king en suite bedroom on this level, which is also accessible by stairs down from the game room on the second level. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this first level.
The second level includes the kitchen with breakfast bar seating and an adjacent dining area. It's a great space for family meals, sharing stories of the day’s adventures over fresh-caught fish -- reeled in right off the beach! The door in the dining area opens to the furnished game room with TV, a table with seating for 2 and a bumper pool table. There is also a pass-through window that opens into the kitchen area. The stairway in the game room leads down the the first level and king en suite bedroom.
Chill out in the living area with breathtaking ocean views. There is an additional table for 4 (perfect for board games) and comfortable sofas beneath the vaulted ceiling where you can enjoy a favorite movie on the TV. Sliding glass doors provide convenient access to a spacious ocean-facing sun deck with ample seating where you can watch an early morning sunrise or stargaze after sunset. The hallway full bath completes this level.
