Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter the home through the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar, upscale appliances, and custom cabinetry with granite countertops. Ample gathering space in the living and dining areas will bring the entire family together. Step out onto the covered porch to enjoy horizon ocean views and take in the salty breeze, or soak up some rays on the sundeck off the kitchen.
Down the hallway, a queen bedroom and a king en suite bedroom with shower stall in the bathroom open onto the covered porch. An additional king bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. All bedrooms have TVs. The laundry area is also on this level.
Hang out in the ground-level game room, accessed via a separate entry under the house. This comfortable space includes a TV, foosball, shuffleboard, and wet bar with microwave and full-size refrigerator. Ample storage just inside the game room door will keep your fishing gear and beach toys close at hand for easy access anytime. Head outside onto the covered patio to relax in the hot tub or cook up the catch of the day on the gas grill. A sun-soaked patio behind the house offers an additional charcoal grill and is just steps from the sand path over the dune to the beach.
Close to charter fishing, shopping, and dining to please even the pickiest palate, the comfortable touches in this casual retreat will provide a relaxing, fun-filled vacation experience for the entire family.
