Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 14, 2026, and before September 4, 2026, sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Description
You’ll be blown away by the abundant ocean views from this Tide’s Edge Subdivision home. Sea Breeze is a comfortable getaway the whole family can agree on.
The first floor is designed to give the kids their own space. A bedroom with two single beds and a TV and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. Head outside and spend your days relaxing in the sun around the private pool with available heat, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub.
Two en suite bedrooms on the middle level, one a queen with shower stall in the bathroom and the other a king with separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub, open onto the shaded oceanview deck and each have their own TV. A queen bedroom with TV and a bedroom with two single beds share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level. All 7 TVs in the house are streaming capable Smart devices with YouTube TV programming.
The wide open top level with living, dining, and kitchen area and half bathroom boasts panoramic ocean views. Step out onto the sundeck to catch some sun, play a friendly game of foosball, or picnic to the music of the ocean on the porch. If the ocean views are not enough, you can also enjoy the sight of the sun slipping into the sound each evening from the roof-top sundeck over the porch.
A short walk via the sand path puts you on one of the best stretches of beach Hatteras Island has to offer. Cast your line right into the surf, catch a wave, or just let the sound of the waves wash your cares away. After the sun goes down, books, games, and premium TV channels such as HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime will provide even more entertainment.
You will never want to leave Sea Breeze.
Fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
