These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

You and your pups will enjoy luxurious strolls down the beach or through the quiet neighborhood, and everyone will appreciate the thoughtful amenities provided to make your vacation easier.
Check-in day and grocery runs are a breeze with the elevator that services all levels. A covered carport offers an enclosed outside shower and shaded seating area, with plenty of space to keep your beach gear out of the elements.
You’ll never find a shortage of entertainment in the first level game room. With plenty of storage space for all of your snacks in the wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, you’ll have all of your provisions for a friendly game of pool or foosball, or even a good movie on the TV surrounded by comfort seating. When the games are done take a long soak in the bubbly hot tub out on the shaded deck and relax to the sounds of the ocean. Back inside, the nearby laundry room will provide a convenient place to wash your dampened suits.
The sweetest of dreams are sure to unfold in the five cozy bedrooms: 2 king en suites, a queen en suite, a queen room and room with a pyramid bunk and bunk set. Each room provides its own TV for easy viewing and optimal relaxation.
Top-level living will bring your beach vacation full circle in the charmingly decorated common area. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas boast vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows with premium views of the oceanfront. With lovely custom wood built-ins in the living room, you’ll have plenty of room to store any additional entertainment options you choose to bring along, such as books and magazines for the avid readers in your family. Grab your favorite one and head up to the lofted seating area to dive into your selected page-turner. Meanwhile, the custom kitchen features wood cabinetry with raised panel doors and a full-sized breakfast bar, which can double as overflow seating for the adjacent dining room. Outside on the top-level sundecks you can choose between panoramic sunrise views over the ocean, or evening sunset views over the neighborhood.
