Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 28, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the first level, where you can enjoy hours of family fun in the game room. Shoot some pool, play a hand of cards, or just relax with a good movie in front of the TV with BluRay player and surround sound. A full-size refrigerator and microwave keep all your movie snacks and poolside treats close at hand, and a sleep sofa provides extra flexibility in sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is also on this level.
Four oceanfront bedrooms are on the middle level. Two king en suite bedrooms each open onto the shaded deck with stairs to the ground level for easy pool and beach access. Another king bedroom and a pyramid bunk bedroom with trundle each open onto the oceanview screened porch with bubbly hot tub and Bluetooth speakers, the perfect place to relax after a carefree day. A futon is located in the den with TV and DVD player, right at the end of the hall. An additional full bathroom is located on this level, as well as the laundry room.
Ocean views abound from the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the top floor. With plenty of seating for the whole family, you will relish home-cooked meals at the dual dining tables and additional seating on the oceanview covered porch. Step out onto the sundeck for stunning sunrises and stargazing or catch the big game on the large TV with Internet-ready BluRay player. Sleep easy in the king en suite bedroom, which also has access to the sundeck. A half bathroom completes this level.
Take it easy by the private pool with available heat and tiki bar. A sand path over the dune will have your toes in the water in no time at all. Pets and kids will enjoy strolls or bike rides through the quiet neighborhood, or you can hop in the car for a day of adventure. With public sound access, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, and the ferry to Ocracoke Island all just a quick drive away, there is plenty nearby to keep everyone entertained when you stay at Sea La Vie.
