This oceanfront pet-friendly home with bright and beachy décor is located at the end of a cul-de-sac where you’ll love unobstructed panoramic ocean views from both floors. For easy beach access, follow the path over one dune and you’ll have your toes in the sand and on the beach within minutes. If you’d rather stay closer to home, soak up some sun on the top level deck or relax in the shade of the covered deck and still be able to see and wave to your friends and family on the beach.
The under house carport area provides room for your gear and also includes a convenient enclosed outside shower. Four comfortable bedrooms, each with TV, are on the first level. Two queen bedrooms each open to the covered deck with porch swing. One shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a bedroom with two single beds. The other has a semi-private full bath with shower stall, also accessible from the hallway. An additional bedroom on this level offers two single beds.
The top level is a spacious great room with an open floor plan. An abundance of windows and a slider let in the ocean views and open to the ocean-facing sundeck that also boasts views of the ocean to the horizon. The TV with BluRay player is great for family movies while relaxing in the comfortable furnishings and ample seating. The adjoining kitchen has lots of counter space and a breakfast bar. There is plenty of room around the dining table for the whole family, or take your meal to the side table in the great room area. Also on this level is a half bath and laundry.
Additional amenities include books, board games and puzzles. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities to entertain your whole family. Come and make wonderful memories at Sea ‘N Stars, where the sights and sounds of the sea and the stars are all included!
