Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Enter on the ground level where a game room includes a pool table and wet bar with full-sized fridge and microwave, comfy seating, a 65-inch Smart TV with Blu Ray, Bluetooth surround sound stereo, and a pub-style table. This space opens onto a shaded deck with stairs down to the sunny pool area. Two king en suite bedrooms are off the game room, one featuring extra-wide doors and a roll-in shower, ideal for those with limited mobility. Both private bathrooms have dual-head, custom tiled showers with rainfall feature, and all bedrooms throughout the house have TVs. A half bathroom and laundry is also on this level.
Four more bedrooms are on the middle level. Wake up to ocean horizon views in the two king en suite bedrooms, one of which features a Jacuzzi tub en suite, and both of which open onto the shaded oceanview deck with soothing hot tub. A queen bedroom with a slider onto the shaded deck and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. The second laundry area is located on the stairway landing between the first and second levels.
The top level has an open design to maximize the fantastic ocean views this home offers. Enjoy togetherness in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar seating plus a second table with seating in the breakfast nook. The open custom kitchen area features two large sinks, dual dishwashers, a microwave, toaster oven, and an additional under-counter ice maker and mini fridge. A 50-inch TV, Blu-Ray player, and stereo provide plenty of entertainment. For a little peace and quiet retreat to the den with TV, daybed and trundle. Step out onto the oceanfront sundeck for an island-style picnic or a toast under the stars. A half bathroom is on the staircase landing between the second and third levels.
Spiral stairs near the dining area lead up to the loft with ocean lookout, a perfect vantage point for taking in sunrise views like you have never seen before.
