All four bedrooms are located on the first level. Two queen bedrooms, one with a TV, share a Jack-and-Jill bath with shower stall and open onto the shaded deck with stairs down to the covered parking area under the house. A bedroom with two bunk sets and a bedroom with two single beds and a TV share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level.
The second level is a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, bathed in natural light from the ample windows. With a breakfast bar and a secondary table in the living area in addition to the main dining table, there are plenty of seating options for your entire family to enjoy a seafood feast. Take a picnic lunch out onto the sundeck, or simply take in the horizon ocean view while you sip your morning coffee. A half bath completes this level.
Retreat to the comfortable loft, boasting panoramic views from ocean to sound over scenic Hatteras Village. The sundeck is the perfect perch for watching sunrises, sunsets, and shooting stars.
