Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Drop your bags at the door and get the party started in the first level game room where a pool table, air hockey table, and TV come together with the easy comforts of bar seating and a full-size wet bar boasting a refrigerator and microwave to ensure gametime sips and snacks are at the ready when hunger strikes. The first two of seven bedrooms wittily named after varieties of sharks rest nearby. Here, a bedroom with two singles offering deck access and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a Jack & Jill bath, creating a cozy hangout for younger guests to pile in and share some late-night laughs. All bedrooms throughout the home provide their own TV for optimal relaxation. A laundry room is tucked away for quiet convenience, easily accessed by all guests thanks to the elevator that reaches all levels.
Four more comfortable bedrooms occupy the four corners of the second floor. All en suites boasting their own private bath, three king rooms and a queen room each host their own deck access as well. A centrally located den with TV is a convenient gathering place for a movie night or reminiscing about the day’s events, while the shaded deck just outside is the perfect place to sneak off and enjoy the salty breeze.
Top-level living is made for coming together in comfort and style with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light.
