Enter through the open living, dining, and kitchen area, the perfect place to gather together for quality time. The dining table and breakfast bar, in addition to the picnic table on the screened porch, provide ample seating for family feasts. Soak up some sun on the deck off the living area. A stack washer and dryer is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.
Three bedrooms, each with a TV, are down the hallway, along with a full bathroom. A bedroom with two singles and a queen bedroom with private half bath are located at the end of the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed.
When you’re ready to hit the sand, the beach is just a short walk away for fishing, surfing, or relaxing to the music of the waves while reading one of the many books provided at the house. The spacious side yard is perfect for picnic lunches. Set out on the paved pathway through Avon to find fun and adventure, from tackle and souvenir shopping to equipment rentals and dining.
