Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 14, 2026, and before September 4, 2026, sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
An open kitchen, living and dining area are central to the home. Vibrant colors reminiscent of the sea set the stage for time well spent with family in the sizeable kitchen with ample dining table nearby, and plush furnishings in the adjacent living room.
Flanking the living spaces on either side are four comfortable bedrooms for an easy night’s rest. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for added relaxation. On one wing of the home rests a king room, a queen room, and a room with a pyramid bunk and one bunk set, each of which is serviced by the full bath at the top of the hall. On the opposite wing, a king en suite is nestled on its own for additional privacy. While the calming bath features double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and step-in shower, the private access to the wraparound sundeck adds an extra element of serenity to the peaceful space.
Outside spaces are equally as inviting during your time at the beach. While the beach access is an easy walk to the end of the street, the private pool will be a welcome spot for extra splash time. Wind down in the bubbly hot tub after long days in the island sun, and fully settle into some true R&R. Utilize the included Rodanthe Pier Pass for the ultimate fishing experience. Clean your catch at the provided fish cleaning station and easily throw it on the grill for a tasty meal. For al fresco dining, take your choice between the screened in patio area off the carport, or the spacious sundeck.
When you’re ready to venture out, take some time to explore all that the tri-village area has to offer. From a variety of self-care spots to uniquely local shops and eateries, there is never a shortage of ways to fill your time on vacation.
