  • Private Pool

    Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 10, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.
  • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

  • Fireplace

    Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

This updated Frisco home offers easy beach access, a private pool and hot tub and is sure to offer an unforgettable Hatteras Island vacation. Situated on the oceanside, Shoresurf is a short 5-minute walk to the beach and offers breathtaking sunset views of the Pamlico sound.
 
Enter through the covered parking at the ground level into the den that includes a wet-bar, TV, foosball table, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker for extra storage.  Make a splash in the private pool with easy access to a full outdoor bath and the wet bar for treats and cool refreshments. Ample parking will accommodate your entire family and guests.
 
You’ll sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms (all with TV) on the middle level, including a queen en suite, a second queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two bunk sets for the kids.  The second and third bedrooms share a share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and there is a conveniently located laundry area at the end of the hall. Walk out to the deck to relax in the shaded hot tub and enjoy calming sound views.

Upstairs is a king bedroom with TV and a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hallway. Enjoy time with family and friends in the open living, dining, and a well equipped kitchen area that features upgraded appliances, both a Keurig and a standard 12 cup drip coffee maker, plus a coffee grinder and an electric fireplace for the cool evenings. Enjoy gorgeous sound views from the sundeck or relaxing sea breezes from under the covered deck. A cozy small loft area at the top of the stairs is a perfect reading nook for some alone time. 

Just a short drive away, explore local art galleries, great seafood restaurants, water sports, horse backing riding and shopping. Shoresurf is an oasis for time away with family and friends and is packed with features to accommodate your vacation fun.
