Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the ground level with storage closet, laundry room, and refrigerator, perfectly convenient to grab your beach gear and snacks on the way out the door. Other outside conveniences include a pull through carport, basket ball goal, tether ball and two enclosed outside showers (1 with a combo sink/toilet unit).
Four bedrooms on the middle level offer a relaxing retreat. A bedroom with two single beds has a TV and opens onto the furnished, shaded deck. Two queen bedrooms are on this level, one of which has a TV, the other opens onto the covered porch with hot tub. A bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bunk set provides a fun retreat for the kids. Watch a favorite movie or play video games in the centrally located media room/Den with TV, stereo and comfortable seating including a queen sleep sofa (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements). Two full bathrooms are also on this level, one on either side of the media-game room.
Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, the top floor has an open design and includes dual seating areas in the living room with 50-inch plasma smart TV, and high-end receiver with Bluetooth, wet bar with ice maker and mini-fridge and half bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen with double ovens and dining area with breakfast bar provides plenty of space to spread out. A furnished office with a desk, chair, bookshelf and table with seating for four is just off the dining area. The king en suite bedroom with TV and tub and shower stall in the private bath, features views of the ocean horizon. Take in awe-inspiring sunrises from the oceanview sundeck or watch for shooting stars by night.
You’ll have your toes in the sand in no time at all – the beach is less than 500 feet away via the community boardwalk directly across from the house. Also provided for guest use are 2 kayaks (a two person and a single) with paddles and life jackets. The whole family will enjoy the private pool with custom splash deck or a visit to the community pool located just one lot away, complete with clubhouse, play area, and scenic walkway through the salt marsh. From fishing and dining to sight-seeing and shopping, there is plenty to do within a short drive, so there is never a dull moment.
