Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level carport offers parking and room to store all your fishing and watersport gear for quick access anytime, plus a conveniently located enclosed outside shower. In addition this space provides a dry entry up to the first level of this home.
Inside on the first level are 2 queen bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity sinks with granite top and tiled shower/tub. Each of these bedrooms has direct access out to the covered furnished deck that wraps around three sides. A third queen bedroom with TV has a semi-private full bathroom with tub/shower that also opens to the hall. At the end of the hall a second entry door opens out to the covered deck, which is where the bubbly hot tub is located and has steps down to the ground for added convenience. The laundry room with a second refrigerator completes this level.
Spend quality time on the second level in the open living, dining areas and adjacent upscale kitchen with granite counters and ample cabinets. Step out to the screened porch that opens to a wrap-around furnished sundeck, just the relaxing spot for amazing sunset views and star gazing at twilight. Gather around the comfortably furnished living room to plan the next day's fun activities or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV complete with Amazon Fire TV streaming service and sound bar. Off the living area is a king bedroom with a slider door that opens to the deck, and has a semi private full bath with soaking tub/shower combination and a second door that opens to the living area.
Take the staircase up to the loft with a daybed and a single bed where the kids can have their own space to hang out and watch movies on the TV (with DVD connection only). With a balcony that overlooks the living area below everyone can stay connected.
When you’re ready to hit the beach, an easy stroll to the end of Corbina Drive East will have your feet in the water in no time at all. Surf, swim, or cast your line in the waves just moments away.
