Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Do you hear that? It’s the Sound Silence. Aptly named, this lovingly curated home is quietly nestled in the tranquil Brigand’s Bay neighborhood of Frisco. With water views from every window and panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound, one of nature’s many wonders, you’ll be sure to find the peace you seek in this restful space.
Enter on the first living level and immediately surround yourself with comfort in the cozy sitting room with a TV and bistro table for two. A queen en suite sits off on its own for added privacy. Head down the hallway to find the remaining three bedrooms and another bathroom. Two queen bedrooms boast immediate access to the shaded deck with afternoon sun that hosts a hot tub overlooking the sound, while a playfully decorated room with two singles sits across the hall. All bedrooms throughout offer their own TV. A laundry nook centrally located near the sitting room completes this level.
Use the main stairwell or spiral staircase to head up to the top floor. A well-designed kitchen features a pass-through with added seating, while complimentary dining tables flank the room on either side. A lovely living room includes seating around a decorative fireplace for quality time with loved ones. Let your competitive side come alive in the all-encompassing game room. Here you’ll find shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey, as well as an array of books and board games. For added entertainment sit around this level’s only TV with ample comfort seating or catch some tunes on the stereo. Depending on the time of day, sundecks on both sides provide sun and shade as well as sprawling views of the neighborhood and sound, with added seating for a little R and R.
Utilize the provided shallow-water boat dock to easily launch your water equipment and spend your days clamming, fishing, and exploring the soundside. A short drive from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse among the island’s other attractions, you’re sure to love your stay at Sound of Silence.
