Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the ground level through the covered carport. A bedroom with two bunk sets on this level gives the kids their own space. A full bathroom with shower stall and a laundry area are also on this level. Outside is the sunny pool deck where you can lounge in the sunshine all day, sip a beverage at the poolside bar, or cool off with a dip in the water.
Two king bedrooms, each with TV, on the second level boast sound views and access onto the shaded deck with relaxing hot tub. One is an en suite and the other features a semi-private bathroom that also opens onto the hall. A comfortable den with TV and a bedroom with two single beds and TV are also on this level.
A king en suite bedroom with TV on the top level opens onto a spacious sundeck with sound and sunset views. The open living and dining area with adjacent kitchen features a breakfast bar and plenty of space to either spread out or spend quality time together. Chill down some bubbly in the wine cooler and toast a stunning sunset. An additional freestanding ice maker is perfect for sweet tea or cocktail hour. The game room on this level features a pool table, TV, and tons of fun for the whole family. A half bathroom completes this level.
Stroll down the elevated boardwalk, shared with one other property, to the sound through scenic salt marsh, great for bird and wildlife watching. Stairs at the end of the walkway lead down to the water for kiting, windsurfing, or kayaking. Launch your boat at the community ramp and spend your days fishing, clamming, and exploring the waters of the Pamlico Sound.
