Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Welcome to South 12 Oaks, a spacious, well-appointed home with the perfect soundfront location in the quiet Sunset Village neighborhood in Frisco is sure to be a family favorite as your vacation destination. This home is surrounded by natural vegetation and scrub oaks and features a private swimming pool, hot tub, amazing water views of the Pamlico Sound and is accessible via a shared elevated wooden walkway and from the side yard, directly to the canal that opens to the sound. There is also a dock suitable for your small, shallow draft watercraft.
The ground level has ample parking and large yard. Bedrooms include a king en suite with step in shower, a king bedroom, a bunk room with a bunk set and a pyramid bunk, a bedroom with a double and a single (XL) bed, and a den with king bed and TV. Two bedrooms each open to a private deck. All bedrooms throughout the home have TVs. There is also a game room with TV and shuffleboard table.
Come together in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas on the second level with sound views, featuring a breakfast bar, vaulted ceiling, and windows and doors to let in the natural light. Relax on the soundview sundeck, just the spot for enjoying some island time watching the sun set in the evening and star gazing at night.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy world-class kite boarding, windsurfing, stand up paddle and kayaking on the expansive Pamlico Sound, accessed directly in front of the home via the wooden walkway, which is shared with one neighbor. A public boat launch within the subdivision and 2 dedicated boats slips adjacent to the home allows for easy docking for your boat.
Beach access is just a short drive along with groceries, dining, and more fun activities.
