The ground level under-house area provides parking and space to store your fishing and beach gear, and a grilling area. The outside shower also conveniently located in the same area, is perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach. From here take the steps up to the covered entry deck.

The first level has an open design and includes the living and dining areas with wood walls, ceilings and wood accents throughout. The well designed kitchen complete with stainless appliances is well equipped and where the chef will prepare and cook family recipes with ease and confidence with the Wolf six burner gas cooktop and double wall ovens. A large, custom center island with seating, features matching cabinet bases for additional storage and is covered with a reclaimed butcher-block countertop, which compliments this space. From the living area step out side to the scenic oceanfront artfully designed and furnished sundeck. Enjoy a picnic overlooking the ocean or watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. For your convenience there are steps down to the ground to a sand path that leads to the beach. For a little quiet time, retreat to the den with (sleep sofa) to watch TV or get lost in a good book. A half bathroom and laundry are also on this level.

All three comfortable bedrooms are on the second level and include an oceanfront queen en suite bedroom with TV, boasts a private sundeck with breathtaking views as well as a tower loft overlooking the ocean, sound, and nearby marina. A bedroom with 1 king bed and a bedroom with 1 queen share a full bathroom off the hall.

When you are ready for some beach time a short stroll over the dune puts you on the sandy beach in just minutes, where you can splash and play in the water to your heart’s content. Spend a day fishing from a local charter boat out of the marina or explore all the shops,  restaurants and more that Hatteras Village has to offer.
