These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level offers space for parking and room to store your beach and fishing gear. The stairs along the side of the house open into the first level with a comfortable den with TV and DVD player. Watch your favorite shows or select a movie from the home's movie collection. Down the hall are three bedrooms; a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two singles, and a double bedroom. A full bathroom with double vanity sinks and tub/shower unit is off the hall. Step out onto the shaded oceanfront deck to watch the sunrise or soak in the bubbly hot tub. The laundry is also on this level.
Upstairs is a second queen bedroom and another full bathroom off the hallway. The open living, dining, and kitchen area open onto the spacious sundeck with views of the waves rolling onto the shore. Enjoy a picnic on the screened porch without ever losing sight of the ocean. Step up onto the rooftop sundeck for even more panoramic views, to work on a tan or relax and read a good book.
Have your feet in the sand in minutes via the community boardwalk to the beach, just one house down for easy access. If lying on the beach is not your style, head out for shopping, dining, or world-class fishing on a charter boat from one of the nearby marinas. Take the free ferry to Ocracoke for a day trip or head north to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. With so much to do, your stay at Spindrift will be one to remember.
