Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The kids will love having their own space in the first floor master bedroom with pyramid bunk bed, futon, and shower stall in the bathroom. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs.
Get a peaceful night’s sleep in the 3 bedrooms on the second floor. A king en suite bedroom features slider doors onto a shaded oceanview deck and an additional private deck. An oceanview bedroom with 2 single beds and a queen bedroom share a full bathroom off the hall and both open onto the deck.
Upstairs is a queen en suite bedroom with shower stall and large soaking tub in the bathroom. Sliders from this bedroom lead to the oceanview sundeck and an additional private deck. The open living, dining, and kitchen area features a TV and surround sound. A slider from the living room opens onto the spacious sundeck, and a slider from the dining area opens onto another private sundeck. A half bathroom on the staircase landing completes this level.
Splash in the private pool or work on your tan from the pool deck. The relaxing hot tub will soothe your cares away. Take a stroll to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier to cast your line or just enjoy some sight-seeing. You’ll have a blast at Kitty Hawk Kites, also within walking distance for all your water sports adventures.
