These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter on the first level in the open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area accentuated by whitewashed, exposed-beam ceilings. The living area features relaxed comfort seating and coastal furnishings, creating the perfect space for your family to gather while making those vacation memories that will last a lifetime. The dining area boasts a large table with seating for 10 and is close to the kitchen for added prep space and easy serving and cleanup. Just off the kitchen, enjoy a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table or sip on a cup of joe on the porch swing on the shaded deck overlooking the sizeable back yard. Down the hall, a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk also feature whitewashed, exposed-beam ceilings and their own TV for the ultimate in coziness and relaxation. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is centrally located to service the floor.
Two bedrooms, each with TV, are upstairs on the second floor. The spacious king en suite is stylishly decorated in soothing colors and offers a shower stall in the private bath. The final bedroom, a queen room, offers direct access to the top-level sundeck and is located off the adjoining den, boasting cozy seating, a large TV, and a desk. A laundry room and full bath with shower stall are conveniently located for easy access for all.
Bring your pup's leash to enjoy the quick walk to the beach from only 3 houses back from the ocean! After long days on the shore, a variety of outdoor amenities are available for your convenience. Wash off at the foot washing station or the enclosed outdoor shower, prep your fresh catch at the fish-cleaning table with lights and water, and throw it on the park-style charcoal grill for a delicious meal that all can enjoy. After a full day of excitement and adventure, take a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub under the stars.
