Description
Enter the home through the screened porch, with comfy seating and bistro-style table for an enclosed outside dining experience. Inside this one level home is the centrally located eat-in kitchen and adjacent living area providing a place for the family to spend time together. Step out to a canal view sundeck with picnic table.
Off either side of this main living space are four bright bedrooms; a queen room shares the full bath off the hall with a bedroom that has a double bed. The second queen bedroom with TV, shares the second full bath with the bunk bedroom. The washer and dryer are also located in the bunk room.
The spacious sundeck has Adirondack chairs for relaxing and taking in the summer breeze and where you can watch the sunset each evening. The dock provides easy water access and the drop down dock is designed for launching your kayak and SUP boards. Spend time on the water clamming, fishing, or just splashing around and playing in the sound. Enjoy evening walks or bike rides through the peaceful neighborhood.
