Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Covered parking and dry entry onto the ground level make your stay nice and easy from the moment you arrive. Hang out in the game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwaves for all your poolside snacks. Kids will love the plentiful toys and games provided. Picnic island style on the screened porch overlooking the pool area, or relax in the breeze on either of the covered decks. A half bathroom and the laundry area are also on this level.
Four spacious bedrooms, each with TV and access to the shaded decks, are on the second level. Two king en suite bedrooms, one with his-and-her closets, are at the end of the hall. A third king en suite bedroom opens onto a semi-private bath shared with the hallway. The kids will enjoy having their own space in the bedroom with two bunk sets.
Spend some quality time in the wide open living, dining, and kitchen area on the top floor, complete with breakfast bar and both shaded and sundecks for taking in stunning ocean-to-sound views over the village of Waves. Relax with a good book in the loft overlooking the living area, which features a TV with DVD player (no cable connection) and additional books, toys, and games to keep the young and young-at-heart entertained. Get a good night's rest in the roomy king en suite with oversize private bath, smart TV, and access to the front sundeck. A convenient half bath is also on this level.
Lounge in the sun or shade by the private in-ground pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub under the stars. The beach is an easy stroll away via the community boardwalk over the dune, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time at all. Splash in the community pool or work on your backhand at the community tennis courts, both a quick walk or bike ride away. Pack up your fishing gear and head to the Rodanthe Pier to reel in the catch of the day with the complementary pier pass included with your stay. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and equipment rentals are within walking or biking distance as well, so there is never a shortage of entertainment.
