These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The first floor is all about fun for the whole family. Kids and parents alike will love movie marathons in the private theater room, while the game room keeps everyone entertained with a pool table, arcade games, and space to laugh and play together. The full wet bar makes it easy to keep drinks and snacks close at hand, so no one has to miss a moment of action. For flexibility in sleeping arrangements, a bonus room provides a king bed and shares a full bath with the floor.
Tired travelers can find rest on the second floor that hosts four comfortable bedrooms. Two king en suites and a queen en suite each boast their own private bath, while a room with two bunk sets gives the kids their own retreat to sleep and play. All bedrooms throughout provide their own deck access and TV for optimal rest and relaxation. A laundry room is centrally located for everyone’s convenience.
On the top floor, a custom kitchen features painted cabinetry complemented by stone tops and stainless appliances, offering a stylish and well-equipped haven for the family chef to delight in their craft. The breakfast bar and dual dining areas offer plenty of seating for meals of all sizes. After indulgent feasts, the living room provides a cozy retreat for kicking up your feet and relaxing while enjoying additional quality time with one another. Sneak out onto the sundecks and become transfixed by the sight of painted sunsets burning off into starry nights as you pick out your favorite constellation from the island’s famously darkening skies. When it’s time to finally retire for the evening, the last two bedrooms, king and queen en suites, are tucked down the hall for an easy night’s rest.
Outside, the island’s famous beaches are just a short walk to the end of the street, where you can easily enjoy salty days by the ocean. When you return, the sparkling private pool is ready for added splash time and a bubbly hot tub is perched on the shaded deck for winding down. Other outdoor amenities including two gas grills and an outdoor shower ensure that your time outside is just as luxurious as your time inside. When you’re ready to explore the island’s greatest attractions including the Rodanthe Pier, Chicamacomico Life Saving Station, and an array of restaurants and shops, you’ll never have to travel too far from your front door to reach them, making sure that your time on Hatteras Island is just as convenient as it is fun!
