Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The ground level has a covered under-house area for parking and room to store your beach and fishing gear and a fish cleaning station. Take the steps up to the entry deck that wraps around the side and opens into the first level, which is where three bedrooms are located. The bedrooms include a queen en suite bedroom, and two bedrooms each with 2 single beds share the hall full bathroom. A den with TV and double sleep sofa (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements) and laundry are also located on this level. The hot tub is located on this covered deck as well.
The second level provides room for everyone to gather with an open design that includes a central living area with ample seating and TV, a kitchen with breakfast bar seating, stainless appliances and granite counters is well equipped with a variety of small appliances for ease and convenience in preparing your favorite meals. The adjoining dining room with seating for 6, and a second table with seating for 4 is perfect for card and board games. Off the living area is the king bedroom with beautiful ocean views and features an en suite bathroom with custom tiled shower. Step out from the living area to the deck with both sun and shade and enjoy the ocean views. From here take the stairs up to the roof top furnished sun deck for stunning ocean-to-sound water views.
When you’re ready to hit the beach just steps from the door, this cottage has a shared elevated wooden walkway and stairs up over the dunes leading to the beach. Or use the beach 4-wheel drive access ramp (less than a mile away), or Canadian Hole (a short drive south) for access to the shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound and a watersport launch site. For more adventures shopping, groceries, bait and tackle, as well as an array of restaurants are conveniently located close by.
