Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Covered parking and a dry entry to the ground level makes move-in a breeze. Shoot some pool in the game room with TV. The queen bedroom has a semi-private bathroom that is shared with the game room. Both the game room and bedroom have direct access out to the covered deck with steps down to the adjacent pool area and hot tub. The laundry area is also on this level.
Three queen en suite bedrooms are on the middle level. Two open onto the shaded deck overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a hallway full bathroom with tub/shower complete this level.
Sleep in style in the queen suite on the upper level. Complete with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the bathroom, and access onto a sun deck, this serene retreat is sure to soothe you. Gather together in the expansive open living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen area with ample counter space, and breakfast bar. The dining area table seats eight and there is direct access out to a screened porch that opens to the sundeck, and both are furnished with tables and chairs for additional dining options. The living area features comfortable furnishings, an entertainment area with a large wall mounted TV and multiple windows that allow the natural light to fill the room. Relax on the sundeck with sound views the perfect perch to the sight of a breathtaking sunset.
Lounge in the sun by the private pool with available pool heat, or soak in the hot tub underneath the stars. Guests can also enjoy the complimentary access to the Kinnakeet Shores Community Pool and Tennis. With beach access, shopping, dining, and more all nearby everyone will be well entertained.
