Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The stunning views from A Sunshine Daydream’s top floor open living, dining, and kitchen area deliver those beach vibes from sunrise to sunset. The living area includes a bar with a sink as well as a convenient half bathroom. Step out onto the sundeck to gaze over the ocean with your coffee and enjoy a good book or a nice breeze to start your day. Catch a glimpse of the Milky Way at night with some of the best stargazing on the East Coast.
All four bedrooms are on the first floor. One queen and one king en suite bedroom, each with a shower stall, open onto the shaded deck with a 5-person hot tub. Both of the en suite bedrooms have TVs with Roku and Spectrum cable. Another queen bedroom and a bunk room (queen/twin bunk w/twin trundle bed) share a full bathroom with a tub, accessed from the hallway.
A cargo lift to both living levels is available from the ground level to make your move-in a breeze. Stow your fishing gear and beach toys in the ground level storage room, where an additional large chest freezer will hold all the delicious fish you to reel in.
The car and passenger ferries to Ocracoke Island are steps away along with the Hatteras Landing and Teach’s Lair marinas, beach shops, snack shack, tiki bar and restaurants where you can hear live music and enjoy a sunset cocktail hour and dinner.
