  • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

    Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

You’ll have it made in the shade on the huge screened porch on the lower level of the home, complete with half bath for quick trips back from the beach. Soak in the hot tub, enjoy a glass of wine at the bar, or snooze in the hammock to the steady sound of the ocean. Step onto the shaded deck to watch the kids build sandcastles on the beach.

Watch the morning sun rise above the ocean right from the living room and eat-in kitchen or the fantastic sundeck on the upper level. The living room has a TV with DVD player for evenings when you prefer some quiet time. A single-size pullout sofa is perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. Three bedrooms each have their own TV. Two queen bedrooms, one an en suite, have ocean views. A bunk bedroom is perfect for the kids. A second full bathroom is off the hall, as well as the laundry area.

Just a few steps around the protective dune is the sandy beach. Spend your days surfing, swimming, or just working on your tan. After a day of fishing, cook up your catch on the gas or charcoal grills. If water sports are your thing, community sound access is located across the street at the end of Corbina Drive West.

Close to area restaurants, shops, and exciting activities, Surf Sound is the breezy beach retreat you’ve been looking for.
