A sizeable carport allows for easy unloading no matter the circumstances with extra room for under-home games and grilling, as well as plenty of space to store sandy beach gear. Inside, a first level mudroom is a welcome convenience for catching items that you don’t want to leave in the elements but also don’t care to haul all the way upstairs.
Three of the home’s four well-appointed bedrooms are tucked away on the second level, offering a restful retreat after sun-filled days. Two spacious king rooms, one an en suite, open onto the shaded deck, an ideal spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and gentle island breezes. While the king en suite provides a private full bath, the second king room and a room with two bunk sets share a full bath with the floor. A conveniently located laundry room at the base of the stairs makes clean-up a breeze for all.
