A sizeable island-turned-wet-bar also offers a prep sink, and wine fridge for throwing together your favorite cocktail in a moment’s notice. Family meals will be a welcome time of celebration in the split-level dining area. Afterwards, the conversation will easily drift over into the nearby screened porch or living area with gas fireplace for cozy nights around the TV. While views of the Avon oceanfront abound from nearly all areas of the third floor, there are none quite as breathtaking as those from the upper-level sundeck, fully furnished for hours spent soaking up the salty breeze and sunshine. The final two bedrooms, both king en suites, are quietly nestled away from the hustle and bustle of shared spaces so quiet time is never interrupted. The final half bath is just nearby for added privacy.
