Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Description
A dry entry under the house makes move-in a breeze. Enjoy some friendly competition with a game of pool in the ground-level game room with TV.
All three bedrooms are on the middle level. A king en suite bedroom with TV features a separate shower stall and garden tub in the private bath and opens to a private shaded deck. A bedroom with two single beds shares a full bathroom off the hall with a queen bedroom with TV. The single bedroom and a door from the hall both open onto a second shaded deck with stairs to the ground. The laundry area is also on this level.
Upstairs is the open living and dining area with cozy fireplace and adjacent gourmet kitchen. Custom cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and gas Viking stove make cooking for your whole crowd a pleasure. After dinner, relax in the den with TV or step onto either of the shaded decks, one with a bubbly hot tub to soak your cares away. A full bathroom with shower stall is also on this level.
Take the spiral staircase up to the loft, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Hatteras Village and the nearby marina, as well as distant ocean views.
Redeem your voucher to pick up 2 bike rentals available at Slash Creek Outfitters (in Hatteras Village). Walk to the beach, take an off-shore fishing trip aboard a charter boat, or just enjoy shopping and dining at nearby Hatteras Landing. There is no end of fun to be had when you stay at Teach’s Watch.
