Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

With three lavish living levels and thoughtfully curated outdoor spaces, this is the perfect home base for your time spent on Hatteras Island. A premier dog-friendly property one lot back from the ocean in the quiet Sea Isle Hills neighborhood of Waves, it’s also one that the whole family can enjoy!
An outdoor cargo lift that reaches all floors will make check-in and grocery runs a breeze! On the first level, multiple entry points will immediately deliver you into the sizeable game room, an ideal place for kicking off your vacation shenanigans. Boasting a pool table, wet bar, and media area with theater seating, the game room easily serves as a multi-use gathering space for family and friends of all ages. Just outside, a bubbly hot tub is ready for soaking in the stars while soaking up a little R&R. When you’re ready for a peaceful night’s rest, two of six quiet bedrooms are located just nearby. While a queen en suite offers its own private bath, the queen bedroom shares a bathroom with a shower with the floor.
Three more cozy bedrooms are located on the second floor for added privacy. A king en suite features its own bath while both a queen room and a bedroom with two singles share a full bath with the floor. As all bedrooms throughout the home provide their own TV, ultimate relaxation takes center stage in any room you choose. A laundry room is centrally located for everyone’s convenience. Outside, a wraparound shaded deck can be accessed from the king en suite, queen bedroom, and laundry room, a quiet retreat for catching up on your favorite book or just enjoying the salty breeze.
Top-level living is as convenient as it is extravagant. Stylish décor combined with large windows and high ceilings come together to create calming spaces that are filled with natural light. A spacious custom kitchen features natural maple, raised panel cabinetry with plenty of counterspace for food prep and entertaining. A screened porch allows for al fresco dining outside of the direct sunlight, although that’s an option too on the expansive sundeck with a substantial outdoor dining table. The main dining room is just off of the kitchen, neatly surrounded with beautiful ocean-facing windows, while a breakfast table is just around the corner, quietly situated off of the living room.
