Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates after March 26, 2026, and before October 29, 2026. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

For your convenience, the elevator accesses all the floors of the home for easy move-in and for guests that prefer not to tackle the stairs. The exterior of the home has plenty of comfortable seating on the decks offering both sun and shade and include Adirondack style and dolphin-watch style chairs and loungers pool side, so you can relax in style.
Enter on the first level that includes a large game room, pool table and 2 large Smart TVs. The wet bar kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave. A slider door opens to the covered deck with convenient pool access. Off the game room are 2 en suite bedrooms; 1 with a pyramid bunk and a bunk set, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (and deck access). Also on this level is a half bath and laundry with dual washers and dryers.
Three king and one queen en suite bedrooms are on the middle level as well as a comfy den. All rooms have direct access out to the covered decks.
The third level of the home has a wide-open bright and cheery kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining room and living area with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The wrap around deck offers sights and sounds of the ocean for everyone to enjoy. Take a few steps up to the loft area to find some quiet time. Cooking and clean up for a crowd will be easy with ample granite counters and is well equipped with dual ranges, dual dishwashers and prep sink. A king en suite bedroom has access to the sundeck and features a spacious custom tiled private bathroom with dual vanity sinks, separate shower stall and Jacuzzi. A half bathroom is also on this level.
