Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level provides ample parking and dry entry from the under-house carport area. Along one side is an outside shower, fish cleaning station and an adjacent grassy area with a charcoal grill. Inside on this level is a king en suite bedroom with private bathroom and laundry area.
Take the stairs up a half level that includes a king en suite bedroom with private bath. Off the hall is a half bath and a screened porch, which is where the hot tub is located.
A few more steps up to the second level are two bedrooms; a bedroom with 2 single beds shares the hallway full bath with the pyramid bunk room. Each of these two bedrooms has a slider door that opens to the covered deck.
On the third level spend some quality time catching up with family in the open living, dining and well equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar seating. The adjoining dining room has a slider door for access to a screened porch with picnic table. From the living area step out to the wrap-around sun deck that connects with the screened porch.
The cozy loft area overlooks the living area below and features comfortable furnishings, a wet bar, mini fridge and is the perfect place for some quiet time.
When you are ready for some outdoor fun, lounge in the sun and enjoy the large swimming pool complete with Tiki bar, Also provided is a Horseshoe pit (with horseshoes) and Cornhole boards (with bags) for hours of friendly competition!
The community beach access is located on Farrow Drive, while a short drive is a 4-wheel-drive beach ramp, or the family-friendly sound access at Salvo Day Use Area for kayaking, kiteboarding, or other water sports. There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in close-by Rodanthe, Waves, and Avon.
For a memorable vacation with everything you could want and more, Vista Mare is sure to be your favorite retreat for years to come.
