These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

8 spacious bedrooms and 8.1 baths come together with a variety curated spaces for optimal family fun to create the ideal vacation destination at Wave Safari. This dog-friendly oasis boasts an abundance of thoughtful amenities including a private pool, bubbly hot tub, a cargo lift that services the top and bottom levels, and more!
Upon entry, everyone will want to dive into the fun and games in the sizeable game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar featuring a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space for storing your snacks. With quick entry to the shaded deck overlooking the private pool, you’ll love the convenience of quickly refueling throughout long days in the sun. Two bedrooms, an en suite with a double over double bunk set and a bedroom with two singles also provide their own deck access for some shaded R&R. A full bath located between the two bedrooms is shared with the floor.
Four more bedrooms are comfortably situated on the second floor. With one queen en suite and three king en suites to choose from, everyone is sure to get a peaceful night’s rest. Like the first-floor bedrooms, each of the second-floor bedrooms is outfitted with convenient tub/shower combos and their own deck access for an easy escape with a good book in the shade. A laundry room with dual stacked washers and dryers is centrally located for easy access from all rooms.
The final two bedrooms, both king en suites, are hosted on the third floor. While both offer access to the top-level sundeck, one provides a tub/shower combo and the other offers a jetted tub and private shower. Shared spaces add even more magnificence to the home with vaulted ceilings and loads of natural light. In the living area, cozy furnishings and custom built-ins create a welcome space for all to gather, while a lofted nook with bistro table is tucked away for a game with loved ones or quiet cup of joe. Outfitted in natural wood cabinetry, the custom kitchen boasts plenty of room for recreating your favorite island meal. Paired with a convenient breakfast bar and sizeable dining table, family dinners can go off without a hitch. On cooler days, enjoy a dinner al fresco on the sundeck and allow the summer breeze to add to the ambience of the evening.
Pups will love long walks through the quiet neighborhood and peaceful strolls on the nearby seashore.
