Sheets provided year round. For all full and partial week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

A charming well appointed, pet friendly home located in the popular Shoresurf neighborhood of Frisco, is nicely situated on a large lot just a stroll away from the beach. Boasting beautiful views of the Pamlico Sound and community beach access, this property is also packed with amenities and special touches providing comforts and conveniences throughout.
The carport on the ground level has space to store your beach and fishing gear and easy access to the private swimming pool, with a separate kiddie/wading pool. This dry entry into the home will help make your coming and going easy. Inside on this level a spacious en suite king bedroom with TV and private bathroom is off the entry foyer.
Sleep tight in the three bedrooms on the middle level that include a queen en suite bedroom with TV and private bathroom; the two additional queen bedroom rooms share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs to give everyone a little space of their own. The door at the end of the hall opens out to the covered deck with an outside stairway down to the ground for convenient access to the pool area. The laundry area is also located on this level.
The spacious open design of the third level is a perfect gathering place for your whole family and features the living area with ample seating, wet bar, dining area (with a large table that seats 10) and kitchen with island/ breakfast bar seating is well equipped and where the chef will prepare and cook family recipes with ease. Or take your culinary skills outside and fire up the grill. Relax on the shaded covered porch that opens to the sun deck, the perfect perch for enjoying the views of the sound and the brilliant colors of a Hatteras Island sunset followed by stargazing after twilight.
