Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.
Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.
Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Let the warm West Wind blow you away. This spacious soundfront retreat has everything your family needs for a vacation bursting with fun and memories. With sound access right at your fingertips and a large, grassy yard, this gracious home is a watersports enthusiast’s paradise, and a provided portacrib, high chair, and baby gate make this the perfect place for your little ones as well.

Ample covered parking, a dry entry, and a cargo life make move-in a cinch. With storage racks for your kayaks and paddleboards, as well as an outside shower and fish-cleaning table, this sheltered area will keep your gear ready to go at a moment’s notice. The laundry area with convenient half bath is just inside the entry level.

Four bedrooms are on the first level of the home, each with sound view. Two soundfront king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath and open onto the wide, shaded deck with built-in benches and soothing hot tub to soak your worries away. An additional queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bath off the hall, which features a separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub for even more relaxation. All bedrooms have TVs.

Upstairs, you’ll sleep like a baby in the king en suite bedroom with TV. Spend quality time in the open living and dining area with adjacent kitchen, boasting vaulted ceilings, custom woodwork, and unbeatable sound views throughout. The kitchen features a wet bar and freestanding ice maker to help you cool off after playing in the sunshine. Relax with a good book in the sunroom or step out onto the sundeck to watch a breathtakingly beautiful sunset or look for shooting stars by night. Retreat to the loft with TV and horizon ocean views for a little quiet time. A half bath completes this level.

Hang out in the expansive, grassy yard with custom-built charcoal stove at the picnic area, or lounge in the sun by the private pool. Launch your kayak, paddleboard, or kiteboarding gear from the community sound access right at the end of the driveway to spend your days riding the breeze. Enjoy an easy walk to the ocean for a change in pace, surfing, swimming, or searching for a perfect seashell.
