These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Covered parking and a dry entry onto the first level makes move-in a breeze. The entry room has ample storage for your fishing gear and beach toys. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed is perfect for night owls and early risers who need their own space.
Hang out in the second level den with TV or step out onto the covered soundfront deck for a soak in the soothing hot tub. A sundeck with stairs to the ground is on the other side of the house. A queen bedroom and a single bedroom on this level share a full bathroom off the den. The laundry area completes this level.
Sleep easy in the comfortable queen bedroom on the third level, which opens onto a semi-private bath with shower stall in the bathroom. Gather together for quality time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area, which boasts stunning sound views throughout. At the end of each fun-filled day, watch a breathtaking sunset from the spacious sundeck. Up a few more stairs is the loft, which features two single beds, perfect hangout for the kids. From this vantage point everyone will enjoy the spectacular ocean-to-sound views.
Launch your windsurfing or kiteboarding gear or head out on your kayak for exciting days on the Pamlico Sound. Whether you’re looking for fish, clams, or the sheer rush of catching the wind, your days on the water are sure to give you exactly what you need.
