Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The first of seven bedrooms, an en suite with a pyramid bunk, is located on the lower level. The remaining six bedrooms are on the middle floor, including two king en suites, a queen en suite, two queen rooms, and a room with two bunk sets. A hall bath and full laundry room are centrally located for everyone’s convenience. All bedrooms throughout offer their own TV for ultimate relaxation.
On your way to the top floor, a half bath is easily accessible on the middle landing. Upstairs, family time will come alive in the open floor plan that offers a kitchen with breakfast bar, ample dining table, and great room, all neatly situated around a full-size pool table for extra fun and excitement. Outside, take in the famous Hatteras Island sunsets and gloriously darkened night skies from the sound-facing and spacious sundeck, where you can share memories that will last a lifetime.
While sound access is right at your back door, you don’t have to go that much further to hit the beach. Hop across Highway 12 to enjoy the sandy shores of Hatteras Island or utilize the nearby Frisco Bath House, also offering seasonal lifeguards for added safety measures for you and your family. When you’re ready to explore the island’s offerings, tour local shops, eateries, and attractions, all within a short drive from the home.
