Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Like a pirate’s buried gold, X Marks the Spot is an oceanside gem you’ll be pleased to find. With Smart TVs in each bedroom, spacious gathering areas, and comfortable upscale furnishings, this charming abode offers something for everyone. A porta-crib, high chair, booster seat, and baby gate are provided as well, so even the youngest beach babies can have a good time.

Enter on the ground level at the back of the home, and you will find yourself in the large game room. Complete with foosball and pool tables, a wet bar with mini-fridge, and cushy lounge area with Smart TV and DVD player, this is the perfect hangout spot for kids and adults alike. The convenient laundry area is located on the landing between this level and the middle level.

Three large bedrooms are on the middle level, each with access to the covered decks. A king bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk set and a pyramid bunk share a full bath off the hall. The king en suite bedroom at the end of the hall features a walk-in closet. Take in the breeze from the shaded decks, both with access to the ground. Soak your cares away in the hot tub as you plan your next day’s adventure. An additional half bath is situated between this level and the upper level.

Awake refreshed after a good night’s rest in the king en suite bedroom on the upper level, which opens onto a private oceanview sundeck. Spend quality time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar and plenty of natural light reflected from the high ceilings and Smart TV. Relax with a cool drink on the screened porch or enjoy horizon ocean views and views of the nearby pond from the sundeck.

Spend your days lounging in the sun around the private pool, surrounded by native plant life for a quiet, secluded experience. Head to the beach via the community sand path right at the end of the street, and enjoy splashing in the water or riding the waves. Your dog will enjoy daily strolls through the quiet neighborhood, and the whole family will enjoy easy bike rides along the residential street. Real Kiteboarding is a short trip away for shopping, dining, watersports rentals, and summer entertainment, with even more family fun opportunities also close at hand.
