Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Three bedrooms are on the second level, in addition to the laundry room, which opens onto a covered deck on the front of the house. A king en suite bedroom opens onto the canalfront covered deck as well as an additional private covered deck. An additional king bedroom with canalfront deck access and a pyramid bunk bedroom with private covered deck share a full bathroom off the hall.
Spend quality time together on the top floor featuring an open living area, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar seating and standard appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker. With beautiful canal and sound views throughout and plenty of natural light, this comfortable gathering area is sure to brighten your day. Work on your tan on the sundeck or sip a cool drink on the covered deck off the dining area.
Retreat to the quiet loft with TV to enjoy a good book or an afternoon siesta. Catch a captivating sunset from the sundeck or stargaze by night.
