Halloween Parade + Costume Contest

Join the RWS Civic Association and Hatteras Island Pet Resort for the 2025 Halloween Parade and Costume Contest on Saturday, October 25th at 2 pm. Afterwards, socialize on the playground or skate park. Refreshments will be served. Leashed pets are welcome!

The parade route starts at the Rodanthe Beach Access and ends at the RWS Community Building.
