These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Utilize the breakfast bar for overflow seating or just a quick bite to get your day started out right. After long days of island adventures, relax with loved ones in the cozy comfort seating of the adjacent living room. Lounge on the sprawling top-level deck and pick your preference of sun or shade overlooking the peaceful neighborhood.
A tiki-style game room offers wraparound seating, a game table, foosball table, and wall-mounted TV for catching your latest viewing preference. Outside spaces are equally as inviting with a bubbly hot tub on the shaded deck.
