Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The ground level provides parking and storage for your watersport gear, fishing tackle and beach toys. A dry entry into the home from here makes coming and going easy. Off the hallway is the game room with a pool table, sitting area and TV. A full bath is also on this level.
The middle level is where 4 bedrooms are located and include two king en suite bedrooms, while a queen room shares a full hall bath with the double w/ trundle bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs. The laundry is also on this level. Relax on the wraparound covered deck with sound views. Enjoy a luxurious soak in the hot tub in the privacy of the large Live Oaks surrounding the back covered deck.
Spend some quality time in the spacious top level that features an open design of the the living area with TV, dining, and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating. Feast your eyes on sound views for breathtaking sunsets from the sundeck. Off this space is a king en suite bedroom with TV and a private sundeck where you can enjoy sound views all your own from this pleasant perch. A half bath is also on this level.
The neighborhood sound access is nearby where you can launch your kayak or explore the shallows of the Pamlico Sound. When you are ready to have your toes in the sand a beach access is a short drive, while dining, shopping and other fun activities including mini golf and go carts, are also just a few minutes’ drive.
