These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Your vacation will come alive in this inviting family retreat where you will instantly fall in love with the outstanding views and exquisite sunsets enjoyed from all levels. From an elevator to a cozy hot tub, everyone will appreciate the family-friendly features in this pet-friendly abode on the soundside in Salvo!
Located on an easily accessible corner lot with an expansive yard for outdoor family time, a sizeable driveway and under-home carport provide ample parking and space to store your beach gear outside of the elements. Here you’ll also find a host of amenities including a soothing hot tub, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and dry entry only three steps up into the elevator that reaches all levels.
The first floor includes a laundry room and three of the home’s four bedrooms. A bedroom with a bunk set features a private balcony overlooking the upscale neighborhood, while a queen room and king en suite both provide their own access to the sound-facing deck. A full bath is centrally located at the end of the hall for everyone’s convenience. Each of the bedrooms throughout the home offer their own TV.
The bright and cheery upper level with plenty of natural light sets the perfect scene for your family’s vacation. The fourth bedroom, a sizable king en suite with high ceilings, boasts a walk-in closet and tub/shower combo in a private bath as well as entry to the sundeck with beautiful soundside views. A cozy kitchen with maple cabinetry and custom-built tile countertops and breakfast bar offers plenty of room for cooking up mouthwatering meals for the whole family. After all the flavors have been savored, the comfortable seating in the living area will be a welcome place to carry on lively conversations or settle around the TV for some easy relaxation. While a half bath tucked away for privacy completes the interior, step out onto the sundeck for an island sunset, or listen to the chirp of the cicadas while gazing at the stars in the island’s famously darkened skies.
Comfortably nestled in the Wind Over Waves subdivision, you’ll find a very desirable location for kitesurfers and watersports enthusiasts, along with quiet neighborhood streets that provide a scenic backdrop for stretching your legs or taking your pups on a leisure stroll. Utilize the community sound access ramp for launching your watersports equipment and small watercraft. A community dock awaits as well for fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the picturesque sunsets.
