Fall in love with the easy comforts of the second floor which features an open kitchen, dining and living area with shiplap accents and wood ceilings that add a level of warmth to this well-balanced space. Up on a small platform, the well laid out kitchen will be the family chef’s dream with white shaker cabinets, granite tops and stainless steel appliances. The nearby dining table is a fantasy come true with panoramic ocean views. A small seating area between is a wonderful space to grab a morning cup of coffee or for gathering around for a boardgame with family. More bonding time will commence in the living area that features wrap-around seating conveniently positioned around the wall-mounted TV. For split decisions on what to watch, head to the nearby den with additional comfort seating, another wall-mounted TV, and a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf stocked with books and board games. Wall-to-wall ocean-facing windows and sliders that will deliver you onto the sprawling sundeck are the obvious star of the show, lighting up the entire second level from morning to night. 

The final bedroom and bonus room reside on the third floor. A spacious king room is on one side, while a bonus room with a double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows sits on the other side with a full bath across the hall. In the middle is an ocean-facing sitting area with a slider to the top-level sundeck boasting miles and miles of oceanfront views.

Outside amenities are equally as lush with the new private pool offering optional heat and the nearby bubbly hot tub. An outside shower and fish cleaning station are also added conveniences you’ll come to appreciate after long days at the beach, accessible by the nearby sand path. The exercise buff will be thankful for the quiet streets of this charming neighborhood, great for jogging, biking, blading and more. Then when you’re ready to venture out, a variety of attractions, shops and eats are just a quick drive from your front door.
