Utilize the cargo lift to get groceries to the top floor so that no one has to do too much heavy lifting. The galley style kitchen is light and airy with white cabinets and granite tops, while the step-up breakfast bar provides a perch for a quick bite or overflow seating for the sizeable dining room table. Kick up your feet in the living area with comfort seating strategically placed around the inset TV for ultimate viewing. For scenery that will last for miles, head out to the sundeck for panoramic views of the neighborhood and village nature trail, or to the shaded deck for expansive views of the ocean. The final bedroom, a large king en suite with access to the ocean-facing shaded deck, a jacuzzi tub, tile shower and double bowl vanity, completes the level.
Outside, you’re just a hop, skip and a jump from the community beach access. For additional splashy time, head next door to the Hatteras by The Sea community pool. When your ready to stretch your legs, the well-manicured neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful walk or jog. Exploring the island will be equally as exciting as a variety of marinas, shops and eateries are never too far from your front door.
