These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The ground-level game room with half bathroom opens onto the shaded patio with hot tub, perfect for soothing away the cares of the world any time day or night. Indulge in friendly competition at the pool table, bumper pool table, and tournament size foosball table, play cards, or catch up on the latest shows and sporting events on the smart TV. The wet bar features a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator for storing all your poolside treats, beach snacks, and grilling goods.
Four bedrooms, a den, and the laundry area are on the middle level. A king bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a queen bedroom. Both open onto the shaded deck, the perfect perch for listening to the music of the ocean while relaxing in the ocean breeze. A second queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. Watch movies, read, or play games in the comfortable den with smart TV, as well as deck access.
The top floor boasts a generous open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and horizon ocean views from all areas. From simple meals to elegant feasts, the kitchen with breakfast bar has everything you need to feed your hungry crew, and the large dining table has ample space to seat everyone. Relax in the living area with smart TV to watch a movie or catch up with family and friends, or watch the sunrise or moonrise over the ocean horizon from the sundeck. Sleep tight in the king en suite bedroom with ocean views and a private bath with walk in shower. A half bathroom is also on this level.
Hang out around the private pool or cool off in the refreshing waters. You’ve come to the right place for easy access to sand and surf, with the beach just steps away behind the house via the scenic sand path over the dunes. Get your fishing license and gear, as well as local expertise, from the tackle shop at the end of the street. Surf, fish, or sunbathe within view of the famous Old Richmond shipwreck, also known as the Pocahontas, visible from shore.
If you’d rather stick closer to home, step out onto the pool deck for a refreshing dip in the pool or a soothing soak in the hot tub. Cool off with a drink from the outdoor bar. There is also a park style grill for quick and easy picnics.
When you’re ready to head out for adventure, a short drive or easy bike ride will take you to public sound access at the Salvo Day Use Area, perfect for kiteboarding and kayaking.
