Flexible Stays - Seasonal
Allows a minimum of 3-night stays, taken up to 300 days in advance for arrivals from Jan 1st to mid-May and from mid-September to December 31st.

Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Please contact our office for more details.

Community Pool
Midgett Realty cannot be held responsible for the opening and closing of subdivision and community pools.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Elevators do not ensure handicap accessibility.

Handicap Accessible
Some of our Hatteras properties include elevators, wheelchair ramps, and bedrooms / living spaces on the main level to help make those with special needs more comfortable.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The Rodanthe Sunset Resort property is conveniently situated and the condo is a third level, middle unit with comforts and conveniences. From the building’s elevator that serves all levels, to the single-level floor plan, your stay here will be just what you've been waiting for. This pet friendly condo (max 2 dogs) will be the perfect vacation spot where you and the whole family can join in the fun.
Relax in the comfortably furnished open living, dining, and well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a variety of small appliances to help the chef prepare meals with confidence and ease, and with breakfast bar seating. Watch your favorite shows on the 70-inch Roku TV complete with sound bar in the living area. Enjoy your favorite beverage rain or shine from the furnished covered deck while watching the sunset or just taking in the scenic views over the Pamlico Sound.
The spacious king en suite bedroom with a Roku TV has a Jacuzzi tub in the private bathroom and direct access out to the soundfront covered deck with a private hot tub. Two additional king bedrooms each with a Roku TV are down the hall off the living area and share the full hallway bathroom. The laundry closet is also conveniently located in the kitchen.
This unit also provides private covered parking with a storage closet (which houses a beach cart provided for guest use) and shower located in the carport. Other community amenities include the beautiful sound-front pool, BBQ grill area and a beautiful sound-front gazebo.
For outdoor adventures the ocean is just 500 yards away, cast a line at the Rodanthe Fishing Pier (with complementary Pier Passes) or take advantage of water sports fun at Kitty Hawk Kites all are within walking distance. Nearby shopping, dining, and other fun activities will keep everyone entertained for your entire stay.
