Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Reel Em Inn is a unique canalfront home with a sprawling floor plan that boasts a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities for every type of traveler.
Enter through the first level foyer and head directly into the cozy living room for some R&R after a long day of vacation shenanigans. Weave through the dining room to the well-stocked kitchen with custom oak cabinetry and find ample space to create your favorite island dish. An adjacent dinette provides additional seating, or a welcome place to sip a cup of coffee while taking in views of the canal. Channel your wild side in the game room with TV, outfitted in custom woodwork and playful leopard print carpet. A pool table, air hockey table and dart board are all at your disposal for some family-friendly competition, while a custom-built wet bar comes with everything but the spirits and smiling barkeep. Off the game room, a nearby sunroom is wonderful for cozying up with a good book and hosts a laundry area as well as entrance to the sundeck with hot tub overlooking the canalfront. On the opposite side of the game room, you’ll find entrance to the theater room with oversized comfort seating so you can kick your feet up with some popcorn, just like you’re at the cinema. A queen size bedroom is neatly tucked away with a convenient full bath across the hall.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are all up on the second floor: a king en suite, a room with 2 doubles and a room with 2 bunksets, each of which provide their own TV. The final full bath completes this level.
Outside amenities were created with the waterman in mind. While a dock on the canal allows for the launching of smaller watercraft such as stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, nearby Scotch Bonnet Marina provides a boat ramp should you choose to bring your own boat for fun-filled days on the water. A private boat slip in the canal will allow you to tie up your vessel on the newly renovated bulkhead. Centrally located in the village of Frisco, you’re just a quick drive in either direction from some of the island’s greatest attractions including the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the Frisco Native American Museum. Several eateries, shops and nightlife opportunities are also in the vicinity.
